Tater tots on a sunny day

Ryan: 1/2 Sunshine Burger on whole wheat bun; cucumber slices; blood orange slices; baby carrots; tater tots & a container of ketchup.
AJ: baby carrots; cucumber slices; sunflower butter & jelly sandwich on a whole wheat bun; tater tots & a container of ketchup (which he licked clean).

Those sunshine burgers are yummy! I can't do the Southwest ones though, they're WAY too hot for me!

LOL, I guess we like it spicy! Even the kids don't mind the Southwestern ones! But they're definitely my husband's fave. I actually like the Garden Herb with thin pickles, onions & ketchup.
I never had tater tots as a kid...I think I'm reliving childhood and fixing things like that!
